Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs or substances will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Narcotics officers will be working both areas and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found inebriated at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy an afternoon and evening full of music, dancing, and the full festival experience of White Wonderland.
Security & Entry
Everyone will be searched upon entry. You will need to empty your pockets and have all items examined. Narcotics officers will be working inside and outside of the event. All narcotic laws will be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
Safety & Medical
Insomniac is dedicated to providing a safe environment for everyone and keeping the event secure. Public and private security as well as medical staff will be present throughout the entire event. If you need any assistance please look for medical and Information tent(s), or seek out a peace officer or event staff member.
Parking Advisory for White Wonderland
Please park ONLY in posted public lots for White Wonderland, parking is $15. If you are staying in a neighboring hotel, please keep your vehicle parked in your hotel lot.
Do NOT park on the street in neighboring residential areas, including Sherwood Village. You WILL be cited and may be towed. These areas require permits and will be restricted during the entire evening of New Year's Eve.
We don't want you to get a ticket, so please respect the local neighborhoods and signs and ONLY park in the public lots. There will be plenty of space that's safe and well-lit.
Food & Beverages
Food and beverage stands will be located throughout the event with many different options to choose from. There will also be roaming vendors with water, snacks, and other beverages available. Stay hydrated!
Keeping Hydrated
Drinking plenty of water and keeping hydrated throughout the entire weekend is crucial to your health and well being. It is important to drink water at regular intervals, especially in hot weather. In addition to bottled water that will be available for purchase, free water will be available! Any water bottle purchased inside the event or any other empty beverage container can be refilled. The free Water Refill Stations will be centrally located and clearly marked on the festival map. The stations will dispense municipal water that has undergone state of the art filtration including ultraviolet sterilization. Insomniac will be offering reusable Insomniac water bottles for purchase that can be brought into all Insomniac festivals empty upon entry and then be filled at the refill stations. Get hydrated and back on the dance floor!
Bars For 21+
Mixed drinks and cold beer will be served at the bars located throughout the event.
ATMs
There will be numerous ATMs located around the venue. ATM locations will be marked on the map you receive when entering the event or in the mobile app.
Coat Check
A coat check will be available for $5 so that you won't need to carry around your jackets.
Merch Booth
The Insomniac Merchandise Booth can be found on the event map and will have a variety of t-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, Insomniac water canteens and more.
General Store
The Insomniac General Store will be stocked with items you may have forgotten at home.
Lost & Found / Info Booths
Lost & Found and Info booths will be located both inside and outside of the venue. The locations of these booths will be clearly marked on the event map or in the mobile app.
Weather
The festival is located indoors and a coat check will be available to you should it rain and you would like to check a coat or umbrella.
Acceptable Forms of Identification For Entry
- Any U.S. government issued driver's license or identification card provided that it contains a photograph and date of birth.
- A U.S. or foreign government issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth.
Unacceptable Forms of Identification For Entry
- School identification.
- Consular identification.
- Licenses issued in countries other than the U.S.
- Expired identification of any kind.
- Birth certificates.
- Xerox copies of any identification.
